Actually Aam Aadmi Party Has Been Delaying DeSealing To Extort Money L.S.C. Traders -- Virendra Sachdeva

New Delhi 19 January : Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva has said that Aam Aadmi Party leaders should stop fooling the Local Shop Centre traders who have been fighting all ends to get their shops desealed.

Shri Sachdeva has said that it is surprising to see Ministers Ms. Atishi & Saurabh Bhardwaj sitting on constitutional posts doing press conference to fool the traders by pretending before the media that the Aam Aadmi Party ruling in Municipal Corporation of Delhi wants to deseal L.S.C. shops as by Hon'ble Supreme Court's Judicial Committee's recommendation but the Commissioner MCD has gone to Supreme Court to continue desealing. Its shocking that despite being on a constitutional position the 2 ministers are trying to show that a Commissioner can overall a public interest decision of the Mayor or the House.

Delhi BJP President has said that right from beginning since the day the Judicial Committee recommended desealing of L.S.C. shops that Mayor should allow shopkeepers to deseal by themselves but actually Aam Aadmi Party wants to extort election fund from L.S.C. traders and so the Mayor Dr. Shelly Oberoi instigated Commissioner to move Court but when BJP raised the issue by getting token DeSealing of Shops done at Hauz Khas then AAP leaders started speaking against the Commissioner as facing saving act.

Shri Sachdeva has said that on 3rd January in my presence traders of Hauz Khas deSealed 2 shops but despite my warning the Mayor got them ReSealed within 2 hours.

If Mayor & Aam Aadmi Party really wanted the desealing of the L.S.C. shops then the Mayor should have ensured that their desealing was regularised.

Shri Sachdeva has said that we challenge Ms. Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj & Mayor to come forward & themselves DeSeal L.S.C. shops as I got done on 3rd January as there is no Supreme Court restriction on desealing of shops.
