Shri Mangeram Garg Ji was born on November 23, 1936, in Kurad village, Haryana. His parents were Shri Jagannath Garg and Smt. Gulab Dei. He married Smt. Anguri Devi in 1957, and they had five sons, one daughter, and several grandchildren.
In 1987, Shri Garg established the Nishkam Seva Trust in Haridwar, where he built a dharamshala for pilgrims. He was involved in numerous religious journeys. In 1992, he committed to the lifelong cow service committee and organized mass weddings for underprivileged girls.
Shri Garg began his political journey with the Janata Sangh and later became the state president of the BJP. He played a crucial role in securing victory for the party in all seats during the 13th Lok Sabha elections. During his tenure, he constructed several community buildings and parks.
He contributed to the establishment of Maharaja Agrasen Public School and a primary school in Ashok Vihar Phase-2. He also served on the Delhi Development Authority and traveled to several countries for development purposes.
Shri Mangeram Garg Ji dedicated himself to societal upliftment. He believed that the feelings of workers were paramount. Even in his final days, he demonstrated his commitment to social service.
His inspiring vision and spirit of service earned him the title of 'Bauji.' He chose to donate his body, keeping his life philosophy alive. Shri Mangeram Garg's life is a symbol of struggle, service, and inspiration.
