Dr. Bhai Mahavir Ji was born on 30 October 1922 in a village named Karyala which is now a part of Pakistan. His father's name was Shri Bhai Parmanand, Bhai Mahavir Ji was very interested in studies, teaching, writing, and social service, this is the reason why he devoted his entire life for the welfare of the society.

Dr. Bhai Mahavir Ji was the former Governor of Madhya Pradesh and the founder member of Jana Sangh and the first General Secretary of Jana Sangh, Mahavir Ji was a true volunteer, very hardworking and committed to his ideas, Dr. Bhai Mahavir, who was a professor by profession, has also written many important books.

He made a significant contribution in the expansion of the organization of Jana Sangh and Bharatiya Janata Party, Bhai Mahavir Ji's life is an inspiration for every worker with nationalist thinking.
